Build and maintain training pathways for AI tool adoption
Oversee QA programs for all human work product across service delivery
Own the analytics infrastructure and reporting function that tracks delivery performance
Build and lead a high-performing team of directors and individual contributors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or a related field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above)
Deep subject matter expertise in AR management, payer denials, complex claims, or HIM/coding operations
Proven experience building and scaling QA programs
