About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate Sales leadership direction into actionable workflows, processes, and tracking mechanisms
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting processes, and opportunity tracking discipline
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and completeness across CRM and workflow systems
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in pre-sale workflows and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support pre-sale execution and customer engagement activities
  • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and operational tracking mechanisms
  • Support inside sales activities including quoting, demo account setup, customer follow-up coordination, and opportunity support
  • Coordinate pre-sale workflow activities including tracking technical inputs, estimates, and internal follow-up items associated with sales opportunities
  • Ensure consistent execution of outreach, follow-up, and pipeline progression activities
  • Support customer and partner coordination activities related to active sales opportunities
  • Assist with product portal and workflow system administration supporting pre-sale operations
  • Support Sales leadership and Program teams in planning and executing trade shows, demonstrations, customer engagement events, and pre-sale training or exercise activities
  • Coordinate local logistics for demonstrations, events, and training activities, including office setup, room preparation, materials coordination, shipping and receiving, inventory support, and onsite operational readiness
  • Manage vendors, schedules, and coordination activities to ensure seamless execution
  • Track and report on event outcomes including participation, leads, opportunities, and operational effectiveness
  • Support pre-sale demonstration coordination while partnering with trainers and subject matter experts as needed
  • Translate leadership requirements into usable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Support adoption and effective usage of CRM, Jira workflows, product portals, and operational systems
  • Ensure system usability, process consistency, and data integrity across the pre-sale lifecycle
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness
  • Train and support team members in effective system usage and workflow execution
  • Support coordination and execution of internal operational and customer engagement activities tied to pre-sale efforts
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, communications, and administrative tracking related to demonstrations, events, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and asset tracking activities related to demonstrations, events, and exercises
  • Ensure office and operational spaces are prepared and organized to support meetings, demonstrations, training activities, and customer engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma
  • 6–10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, inside sales support, or similar operational support roles
  • Experience directly supporting sales or go-to-market leadership
  • Strong experience with CRM, workflow, or operational management systems
  • Familiarity with Jira workflows, product portals, or similar operational tools
  • Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through capabilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
