About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Project Manager owns the 'When, How Much, and Clear the path' dimension of Knowmadics’ product lines.
Drive program success by overseeing schedule, budget, contract logistics, and sponsor relationships ensuring alignment between execution and product delivery.
Accountable for program schedule, budget, contract logistics, and sponsor relationships, meant to serve as the structural counterweight to the CPTO organization’s product vision.
Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence, partnering closely with the Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership.
Play a key role in guiding priorities, balancing scope, cost, and schedule, and helping teams make informed, strategic trade-offs that keep programs on track.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, with experience in a SaaS organization, a software R&D organization, government contracting, defense, or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing program budgets at the $1M+ program level.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
Fluency with basis of estimate construction, and contract structures (FFP, T&M, CPFF).
Proven ability in managing sponsor relationships, including difficult renegotiations and descope conversations.
Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (or currently cleared at Secret/TS level, depending on product line assignment); U.S. Citizenship required.
