Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in telesales or business development (essential)
- Experience selling apprenticeships or training (desirable, not essential)
- A target-driven, motivated approach
- Warmth, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- A customer-focused mindset
- Passion for leadership, learning, and helping others grow
