About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the “navigator” of the relocation process for domestic transferees
Administers relocation policy/program
Counsels on best utilization of resources
Coordinates the shipment of household goods, destination services and expense management
Ensures customer and client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of Top Block service
Maintains an assigned caseload while delivering impeccable customer service to external and internal customers
Provides primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement
Demonstrates knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions with client and customer
Recognizes and identifies cross-selling opportunities based on transferees needs to generate new sources of revenue
Ensures data integrity in all Cartus systems
Maintains compliance with Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards
Other duties as assigned; training, special projects, client presentations, etc.

Customer service experience in multi task, call center environment
Influential verbal and written communication skills
One plus year relocation, real estate or related field experience
