About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the “navigator” of the relocation process for domestic transferees
Administers relocation policy/program
Counsels on best utilization of resources
Coordinates the shipment of household goods, destination services and expense management
Maintains an assigned caseload, while delivering impeccable customer service
Provides primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities on behalf of client
Demonstrates knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions
Coordinates Cartus’ core products and services according to prescribed standards
Recognizes and identifies cross-selling opportunities based on transferees needs
Ensures data integrity in all Cartus systems
Maintains compliance with Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree or equivalent preferred
Customer service experience in multi task, call center environment
Influential verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Japanese and English
One plus year relocation, real estate or related field experience
