Senior Consultant, International Relocation – Korean-Speaking
Knowledge AnywhereSr Consultant managing international relocations for clients in Singapore. Delivering customer service and core Cartus products to improve transitions for assignees and families.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides single point of accountability for all phases of international relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement.
- Provide exemplary customer service to assignee and his/her family.
- Deliver Cartus’ core products and services (consulting, cross cultural, language, moving services, etc.) to assign customers according to prescribed Cartus’ standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions with clients and customers.
- Compile data and/or coordinate the compilation of data from internal Cartus departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus’ internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regard to meeting and exceeding clients’ needs.
- Providing performance feedback, coaching, mentoring and training.
- Identify individual and team training needs and serve as team coach and mentor, draw on team and external resources to drive team results.
- Monitor team caseloads for productivity and make recommendations/take action regarding resource allocation.
- Model, for client and team, exceptional service; drive top block results through continuous attention to service standards, identifying delivery gaps, etc.
- Recognize cross-selling opportunities of Cartus’ products and services to assign clients to generate increased revenue.
- Recommend enhancement to client policy; promote Cartus and partnership services to generate increased revenue.
- Coordinate special projects including client presentation, client/supplier training, etc.; present and deliver special projects including client presentations, training, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4-7 years’ related business experience in the customer service, call centre, relocation, destination services, immigration, moving services, real estate, Accounting firms-HR outsourcing (expatriates’ payroll), hospitality (hotel concierge, airlines) or international industry.
- Demonstrated (formal/informal) team leadership skills.
- Superior communication skills needed, and account and/or people management experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken & written English and Korean language (required to communicate with Korean clients & assignees)
