About the role

  • Own the P&L for website-driven revenue, including lead generation, advertising/monetization opportunities, and conversion optimization; prioritize monetization strategies and advertising opportunities across all digital properties
  • Set quarterly and annual targets for leads, conversions, and revenue—and build the roadmap to hit them
  • Identify new monetization opportunities across our digital properties and build business cases for investment
  • Define how we win in an AI-disrupted landscape—understanding that traffic sources are shifting and adapting our strategy accordingly
  • Champion first-party data and owned audience development as a strategic priority, reducing dependence on third-party traffic
  • Partner with SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure our digital presence remains visible as search evolves toward AI-powered discovery
  • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives, defining testing priorities and success criteria including A/B testing, personalization, and funnel optimization
  • Ensure our websites deliver experiences that convert across devices, channels, and entry points—including AI-referred traffic
  • Define KPIs that reflect the new reality—moving beyond vanity traffic metrics to focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
  • Report to executive leadership on digital performance with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Brand teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals and lead collaboration on website enhancements and marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversions
  • Translate business objectives into clear briefs for technical and creative teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, website strategy, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or lead generation growth through digital channels.
  • Strong business acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets
  • Understanding of how AI is reshaping search and discovery—and what it means for business strategy (you don't need to implement, but you need to understand)
  • Experience with CRO programs, A/B testing strategy, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
