Requirements
- 2-3 years of demonstrated expertise in recruiting experienced real estate agents and or experience recruiting in another sales-oriented industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
