About the role
- Interested in shaping our Broker Experience strategy across Anywhere Real Estate. Help shape the strategy to grow your product and its user base and deliver the brokerage toolset of the future. Work closely with technical functions, UX, brand operators, and third-party vendors to ensure value for real estate brokers. Define the why, what, and when of products built by internal or external engineering teams. Lead product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation and influence high impact areas. Drive usability studies, intuitive navigation, and dive deep into data to gain customer insights. Define product roadmaps and coordinate across internal stakeholders. Champion voice-of-customer via research, product instrumentation and operational data. Collaborate with stakeholders to solve urgent product issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering; or demonstrated track record of successful work experience. 5+ years of experience in product management roles building and launching successful digital products or businesses Residential real estate brokerage knowledge preferred but not required
