Support local real estate agents by helping them build their business using Coldwell Banker's programs and technology products
Protect the company's brand image and showcase Coldwell Banker's value proposition (Core 4)
Work with branch managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents who need strategic marketing and brand support
Consult with agents on personal marketing strategies through group and individual sessions
Help agents create digital marketing strategies using social media, building online profiles, and promoting testimonials
Conduct annual reviews of agents' digital scorecard to measure online presence
Provide issue resolution and one-on-one assistance to agents as needed
Prepare a monthly calendar of educational and training opportunities and present marketing workshops in-office and online
Support multiple offices by attending and presenting at group and one-on-one meetings, assisting with awards and recognition, and participating in community outreach and charitable events
Assist office staff with onboarding newly affiliated agents
Prepare personalized recruiting presentations and participate with branch managers
Work with creative team to create and manage local recruiting and ad campaigns
Attend regional marketing meetings and training sessions
Communicate regularly with Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on initiatives and challenges
Submit competitive intelligence samples to recruiting intelligence portal
Ensure compliance with quality issues, marketing rules, Fair Housing language, Association requirements, MLS and Coldwell Banker identity standards
Requirements
Strong presentation, writing and public-speaking skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to follow direction with solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize work, consistently meet deadlines and follow-up on open items to ensure a timely and acceptable closure
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and agents
Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic design principles
Candidates for the position must have:
2-years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
Prior real estate industry experience preferred
Experience working effectively within a multi-functional and multi-location environment
Expert understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to learn other online tools
Basic understanding of standard industry used graphic design software including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development
