Requirements

  • **Qualifications**
  • - Active California Bar license (required)
  • - 1+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
  • - Construction defect defense experience (required)
  • - Bonus: rideshare defense experience, PI defense experience, general liability defense background
  • - Strong legal writing, organization, and deadline management (remote readiness)
