About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the CGO's calendar as a strategic asset, sequencing priorities across global time zones and protecting focus time
- Capture meeting commitments, drive owners to resolution, and ensure complete follow-through
- Prepare agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and drive post-meeting execution
- Organize unstructured situations, develop recommendations with options, and execute decisions
- Protect the CGO's time through independent judgment, including questioning or declining low-purpose meetings and requests
- Plan and manage complex multi-city domestic and international travel, adapting to changing priorities
- Coordinate logistics, cadences, and events for the CGO's team of approximately five senior leaders
- Handle organizational, compensation, board-level, and personal matters with absolute discretion
- Partner with executive operations, the CEO's office, and peer executive assistants to maintain the senior leadership cadence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated drive, judgment, and coachability
- Strong written communication
- Fluency with modern productivity and collaboration tools
- Reliable, ready availability across Eastern Time
- Ability to travel on short notice
- Willingness to travel regularly domestically and occasionally internationally
- Ability to adapt readily when travel plans change
- Experience supporting senior executives, coordinating across global teams, or operating in high-growth environments is a plus, not a prerequisite
