Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of overall HR experience,
  • minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to Employee Relations,
  • 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience
  • deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws
  • exceptional documentation practices
  • bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
  • proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel)
