About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary point of contact for US People Managers
- Independently lead complex workplace investigations
- Interview witnesses and draft comprehensive reports
- Apply expertise in labor laws to ensure compliance
- Monitor employee relations metrics for risk mitigation
- Provide expert coaching on performance management
- Draft and execute disciplinary actions as needed
- Design and administer proactive Employee Relations policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of overall HR experience
- 3+ years dedicated specifically to Employee Relations
- Proven track record of leading complex US-based investigations
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws
- Exceptional documentation practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office
