About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary point of contact for US People Managers
  • Independently lead complex workplace investigations
  • Interview witnesses and draft comprehensive reports
  • Apply expertise in labor laws to ensure compliance
  • Monitor employee relations metrics for risk mitigation
  • Provide expert coaching on performance management
  • Draft and execute disciplinary actions as needed
  • Design and administer proactive Employee Relations policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of overall HR experience
  • 3+ years dedicated specifically to Employee Relations
  • Proven track record of leading complex US-based investigations
  • Customer service or client-facing experience
  • Deep understanding of US federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Exceptional documentation practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office
