Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience
Channel partner understanding with familiarity working with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers
Relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities
Balanced approach to understanding partner needs and clients' objectives
Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets
Organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
Clear communicator who writes professional emails and leads productive calls/videos
CRM proficiency with hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar platforms
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish
