Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a deep focus on the Latin American market (specifically Spanish-speaking LATAM)
  • 5+ years of people management experience in the region, with a proven track record of building teams from scratch and managing diverse personalities through change
  • Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Strategic Precision: You don’t just look at a number; you organize your week around themes, prioritize high-value deals, and anticipate customer needs before they arise
  • Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage channel conflict and build trust across functional teams like Sales Enablement and People Ops
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 30–35% to engage with partners and teams on the ground
