About the role
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for sales leadership
- Organize and schedule meetings, attend sessions to capture detailed notes and action items
- Partner with HR Operations to plan and execute office events
- Oversee daily office operations including catering, shipping logistics, and office supplies
- Greet all office visitors
- Help new employees feel comfortable on their first day
- Keep the office stocked with snacks and essentials
- Stay attuned to what's happening in the office and communicate insights to leadership
Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative or support experience, preferably in a sales environment or fast-paced office
- Naturally personable and professional
- Self-directed and adaptable
- Excellent communicator with polished verbal and written skills
- Organized multitasker who stays calm when managing competing priorities
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Calendar), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
