Technical Product Manager

• Use AI tools to ingest, categorize, and extract actionable insights from customer calls, support tickets, and market data
• Leverage AI to rapidly draft PRDs, user stories, strategic roadmaps, presentations and GTM plans
• Use AI-assisted development tools to build and ship functional early-stage solutions and MVPs
• Apply AI workflows to streamline core PM responsibilities, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Translate validated prototypes and AI-synthesized user learnings into clear technical architectures

Product Designer

• Own end-to-end product design across Knotch’s platform, from discovery and ideation through prototyping, visual design, and implementation.
• Lead design for a new AI-powered product currently in development, helping shape the core concepts, workflows, and UI where none yet exist.
• Partner closely with leadership, product management, and engineering teams to solve complex problems and ship high quality solutions.
• Translate ambiguous requirements and evolving ideas into thoughtful, intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools, primarily Figma.
• Contribute strong graphic and visual design skills across product UI, web, and supporting marketing experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and faithfully implemented.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product strategy.

Technical Program Manager

• Own release planning and sprint coordination across internal engineering squads and external contractor teams.
• Track cross-team dependencies across a shared engineering pool model — one missed handshake can stall multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Own the current KnotchOne platform delivery program — weekly release cadence, maintenance-mode sequencing, and CS-facing incident coordination.
• Manage and Track product and architectural milestones as a formal program: what gets supported, what gets ported, what gets rebuilt, and in what order.
• Bridge the gap between architecture decisions made at the SVP level and what engineering squads are building day-to-day.
• Push back on estimates with technical fluency.
