Build, maintain, and monitor ML-powered features impacting the platform and healthcare workflows
Work with Data Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams from experimentation and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Design, build, evaluate, ship, and improve products through AI/ML development
Implement AI/ML-powered features with Product, Data, and Engineering teams
Develop initiatives across prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows; prototype and push solutions to production
Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop datasets for building and evaluating models
Read health AI research and translate advancements into product features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience as an ML engineer, applied researcher, or software engineer focused on ML systems
Experience taking applied ML initiatives from experimentation and prototyping through evaluation, deployment, and production iteration
Strong foundations in machine learning, including generative AI
Experience deploying ML/AI services in a cloud environment
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
