About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Focused on the strategic procurement of Indirect (Non-Merchandise) Marketing goods and services.
Demonstrate leadership in strategic sourcing best practices and subject matter expert in Marketing Services.
Contribute to the broad strategy to leverage the company’s total spend.
Provide category insight and expertise to maximize value of sourced solutions.
Establish a global, high-performance sourcing capability for key Marketing Services vendors.
Manage entire life cycle of Marketing-related contracts.
Develop negotiation strategies and manage CLM pipeline for Marketing-related contracts.
Direct and manage sourcing activities consistent with financial and non-financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of indirect procurement experience required in a multi-concept environment.
3-5+ years of procurement experience managing Marketing service vendors and contracts highly preferred.
5+ years managing Supplier Relationships (indirect and/or direct procurement) required.
Knowledge and capabilities in delivering sourcing strategies.
Demonstrated abilities to develop and grow supplier relationships.
Experience dealing with highly entrepreneurial and autonomous operating company culture is highly preferred.
Strong influential leadership skills required.
Experience with high-value, high-volume purchasing and contract negotiation across a range of services and/or commodities.
Experience with initiating and delivering successful cost saving initiatives.
Previous ERP & Procurement system experience (Oracle, SAP, DocuSign, Coupa preferred).
