About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve commercial objectives and manage clients in the assigned territory, including key accounts
- Maintain and develop the existing client portfolio while acquiring new accounts
- Identify market trends by using knowledge of customers and leading companies in the sector
- Support and collaborate on customers’ online strategies
- Increase brand visibility and introduce new products to customers
- Train customers and end users on product knowledge and proper use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or commercial education
- 5–10 years of sales experience in hand tools or comparable technical products
- Interest in social media and digital marketing
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid understanding of sales processes, commercial operations, and market strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Good level of Spanish to manage the Galicia area and collaborate with the Spanish team
