About the role
- Planning and supervision of building services supply systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary/plumbing, cooling) and optimization of production infrastructure
- Organization and management of maintenance, repair and modernization measures
- Preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities and technical specifications
- Participation in new-build and refurbishment projects as well as technical expansions
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and internal guidelines
- Participation in energy efficiency projects and sustainable solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in building services engineering, technical building equipment (TGA), energy and building technology or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in technical building services – ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, preferably also including compressed air and refrigeration systems
- Confident user of MS Office, ideally experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and/or CAFM systems
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
