About the role
- Planning and supervision of building services supply systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, cooling) and optimization of production infrastructure
- Organization and coordination of maintenance, repair and modernization measures
- Preparation of tender documents, specifications of services and technical specifications
- Participation in new-build and renovation projects as well as technical expansions
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and internal guidelines
- Participation in energy efficiency projects and sustainable solutions
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in building services engineering, technical building equipment (TBE), energy and building technology, or equivalent
- Professional experience in technical building equipment—ideally in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, preferably also in compressed air and refrigeration systems
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and/or CAFM systems
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
