About the role
- Translate product positioning and audience insights into high-performing paid campaigns across key platforms.
- Continuously refine campaigns through budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative updates, and audience targeting.
- Manage multi-country campaigns, balancing standardization and localization while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

- Ability to think using website behavior, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions.
- Manage budgets, targeting, and campaign structures with precision and care.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Work closely with marketing, data, and operations teams to align paid media with broader campaign goals.
