About the role

  • Guiding the customer journey: You support customers from first contact through onboarding and product use to the successful integration of KNIME into their everyday workflows.
  • Relationship management: You build strong relationships with multiple contacts across customer organizations and continuously develop these connections.
  • Creating value: You are the first point of contact for questions, challenges, and opportunities, and connect customers with the appropriate internal experts when needed.
  • Growth partnership: Together with Account Managers, you foster long-term collaboration and support the sustainable growth of our customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Customer-focused: You enjoy working closely with customers, understand their goals and challenges, and help them derive the maximum value from a product.
  • Trust-building: You listen attentively, communicate clearly, and build relationships that are reliable, supportive, and long-term.
  • Solution-oriented: With empathy and pragmatism, you translate customer needs into concrete actions and practical solutions.
  • Experienced & organized: Ideally, you have experience in a customer-facing role within the software or SaaS environment, for example in adoption, renewals, or growth.
  • Team-oriented: You work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers and other KNIME colleagues to ensure our customers’ success.
  • Strong communication skills: You are fluent in German and English and comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
