About the role
- Lead a team of account solution engineers, account managers, and customer success managers
- Develop regional sales strategies and ensure revenue growth
- Implement 90 day sales plans and strategic account plans
- Maintain executive relationships with key customers in Europe
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base
- Participate in meetings with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
- Coach team to prepare proposals, demos, and use case reviews
- Provide strategic input to internal discussions
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in sales leadership
- Deep understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in sales planning and coaching
- Experience in the software space
- Excellent English and German language skills
