About the role

  • Lead a team of account solution engineers, account managers, and customer success managers
  • Develop regional sales strategies and ensure revenue growth
  • Implement 90 day sales plans and strategic account plans
  • Maintain executive relationships with key customers in Europe
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer base
  • Participate in meetings with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Coach team to prepare proposals, demos, and use case reviews

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in sales leadership
  • Deep understanding of sales processes
  • Proficiency in sales planning and coaching
  • Experience in the software space
  • Excellent English and German language skills
