About the role
- Develops and delivers training programs on product knowledge, software applications, and sales
- Collaborates with subject matter experts on developing training materials
- Coordinates scheduling and preparation of training sessions
- Organizes and conducts webinars and online office hours
- Delivers training programs in person and remotely
- Evaluates customer service surveys and feedback
- Designs learner assessments and conducts routine observations of sales agents
Requirements
- Life insurance license
- 3+ years of experience in sales with the life insurance industry
- 3+ years of experience in training design and delivery for sales teams
- Proficient with MS Office programs & Canva
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
