About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inbound Lead Management with AI: Monitor, assess, and qualify leads originating from the website and landing pages.
- Multichannel Outbound Prospecting: Execute active, personalized prospecting cadences across channels.
- Enterprise Account Mapping: Support the construction of organizational charts for strategic accounts.
- Diagnosis and Value Creation: Conduct first contact focused on understanding the customer’s pain points.
- Qualified Meeting Scheduling: Book strategic meetings for AEs with a structured handoff.
- Sales Intelligence and CRM Management: Keep HubSpot updated with rigor and consistency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing inbound lead flows and using automation or AI tools applied to pre-sales.
- Practical mastery of qualification frameworks: SPIN Selling, BANT, or GPCT.
- Strong written and verbal communication — ability to create personalized copy and engage with C-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence tools (HubSpot, Ramper, Apollo, Lusha, or Sales Navigator).
- Organization and discipline to prospect a high volume of accounts with quality and consistency.
