About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-End Planning: Conceptualize, plan, budget, produce and coordinate internal and external corporate events of medium and large scale — ensuring schedules are met, high-quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
  • Participant Experience: Design the complete participant journey: from initial communication to registration, brand activations, giveaways, catering and post-event feedback surveys — focusing on delight at every touchpoint.
  • Vendor Management and Negotiation: Identify, request quotes from and negotiate with strategic vendors — venues, catering, audiovisual, security and production teams — aiming for the best cost-benefit and ensuring secure, well-structured contracts.
  • Financial Control: Manage allocated event budgets with rigor, optimize resources and deliver detailed, reliable cost reports to leadership.
  • Metrics and Impact Reporting: Measure the success of each event using clear indicators: NPS, lead and opportunity generation, cost per participant, brand reach and ROI — turning data into learnings for future projects.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure consistency in visual communication, messaging and the experience delivered during each initiative.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience producing and managing end-to-end corporate events, trade shows or brand activations.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of planned and executed events — clearly outlining your strategic and operational role in each project.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets for budget control and the ability to report brand and business impact KPIs.
  • Multitasking, solution-oriented profile: ability to anticipate risks, stay calm and resolve complex problems quickly on event days.
  • Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours during major projects.
