About the role

  • Configure platforms and handle other platform parameterizations for new clients;
  • Maintain active communication with clients;
  • Support account management by monitoring clients' journeys and engagement with the solution;
  • Monitor success and adoption metrics, assisting with data analysis and insight generation;
  • Assist platform users and onboard new clients, ensuring they understand the features;
  • Support proactive outreach to clients via Meet, WhatsApp and phone;
  • Assist in creating engagement and training flows and materials for clients;
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in coordination with internal teams;
  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure the best possible experience.

Requirements

  • Availability to work remotely Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break;
  • Enrolled in a Social Communication program (Journalism, Public Relations or related fields) or related courses, from the 2nd semester onwards;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Resilience to handle crisis situations and navigate them;
  • Teamwork orientation to help achieve metrics and KPIs;
  • Organized and focused, able to handle a high volume of information;
  • Communicative and empathetic;
  • Attention to detail in process execution.
