About the role

  • Execute and review monthly and annual accounting close routines.
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, asset/fixed assets, tax, and payroll).
  • Analyze trial balances, financial statements, and management reports.
  • Provide audit support and coordinate audit activities as needed.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and CPC (Brazilian accounting standards).
  • Prepare ECD and ECF (digital accounting and tax filings).
  • Review allocation of costs and expenses.
  • Align and coordinate accounting processes with the team.
  • Propose process improvements for implementation.
  • Interface with areas such as Tax, Finance, and HR/Payroll.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience in tax and accounting, preferably in technology companies with external audits.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with full-cycle accounting close.
