About the role
- Review and approval of news articles and general publications in Spanish;
- Review and digital clipping of articles and advertisements from key brands in print media, radio, and TV;
- Interpretation of content for sentiment classification, motivation, or specific context;
- Handling incoming requests and liaising with other departments;
- Registering publications and press releases in Knewin's proprietary platform;
- Preparing and sending monthly reports generated from the platform;
- Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish;
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, International Relations, Languages, or similar fields;
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and interpreting journalistic and informational texts);
- Good comprehension of Portuguese for internal team communication;
- Critical analysis skills to identify sentiment (positive, negative, neutral) and the context of publications;
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring consistency in approval and classification;
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (spreadsheets, monitoring platforms, dashboards);
- Strong written communication for reporting insights and preparing summaries;
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
