About the role
- Independently carry out minor maintenance, repairs and basic installations in and on our buildings, as well as across the company premises
- Identify defects and initiate and follow up on damage reports
- Serve as the contact person for external tradespeople and service providers
- Assist with, inspect and approve services performed by external contractors
- Snow removal (winter maintenance) and grounds/green area maintenance
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in a skilled trade
- Experience as a building technician/caretaker (m/f/x)
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- Reliable, independent and structured working method
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good command of German
