About the role
- Management of operational personnel across multiple sites (approximately 10–40 employees per site working in 3 shifts)
- Recruitment and hiring in consultation with senior management
- Coordination of operational processes
- Conducting performance monitoring and ensuring target achievement
- Customer service and handling of complaints
- Coordination of collections in consultation with dispatch and material flow management
- Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules (vehicles, equipment)
- Travel required 3–5 days per week, depending on site responsibility
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the waste management or logistics industry with significant leadership responsibility desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong assertiveness combined with high interpersonal skills
- High flexibility and exceptional commitment
