About the role

  • Management of operational personnel across multiple sites (approximately 10–40 employees per site working in 3 shifts)
  • Recruitment and hiring in consultation with senior management
  • Coordination of operational processes
  • Conducting performance monitoring and ensuring target achievement
  • Customer service and handling of complaints
  • Coordination of collections in consultation with dispatch and material flow management
  • Monitoring compliance with maintenance schedules (vehicles, equipment)
  • Travel required 3–5 days per week, depending on site responsibility

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the waste management or logistics industry with significant leadership responsibility desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills
