About the role
- Lead and manage the dispatch team
- Support coordination of daily driving assignments
- Ensure cost-effective deployment of our fleet and subcontractors, including route planning
- Responsible for process organization and ownership as well as structural and process optimization
- Identify and propose measures to reduce costs
- Serve as point of contact for commercial and private customers
- Participate in projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in forwarding and logistics
- Several years of relevant professional experience in dispatch desirable
- Ideally some initial management experience
- Industry knowledge of the waste management sector is a plus
- Confident presence with strong organizational and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality, assertiveness and decisiveness
