About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate a cross-functional project portfolio within Global Supply Chain Management to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop integrated project roadmaps, manage dependencies and priorities, and provide transparency across key initiatives.
  • Promote S/4HANA readiness across the organization and support preparation for future process and system landscapes.
  • Take ownership of selected strategic projects and deliver them successfully with strong accountability and commitment — with a special focus on technology- and AI-driven process innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business partners to assess new requirements, set clear priorities, and ensure effective planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a comparable field.
  • Strong expertise in project and program management, with the ability to effectively govern complex project environments.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and a solid understanding of digital transformation initiatives are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with current developments in Artificial Intelligence and sound knowledge of enterprise architecture.
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role or in a comparable international environment.
