Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional project portfolio within Global Supply Chain Management to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
Develop integrated project roadmaps, manage dependencies and priorities, and provide transparency across key initiatives.
Promote S/4HANA readiness across the organization and support preparation for future process and system landscapes.
Take ownership of selected strategic projects and deliver them successfully with strong accountability and commitment — with a special focus on technology- and AI-driven process innovation.
Collaborate closely with IT and business partners to assess new requirements, set clear priorities, and ensure effective planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, or a comparable field.
Strong expertise in project and program management, with the ability to effectively govern complex project environments.
Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and a solid understanding of digital transformation initiatives are highly desirable.
Familiarity with current developments in Artificial Intelligence and sound knowledge of enterprise architecture.
Initial professional experience in a similar role or in a comparable international environment.
