About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the planning, implementation and ongoing management of rollouts in Customer Service and Sales across the KCNE region
Acting as a liaison between the business units, Knauf Digital and IT, you will help capture, structure and communicate business requirements
You will actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of processes and business workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration in daily operations
In this role you will be involved in change and project management, support projects through to implementation and take on tasks related to meetings as well as training and workshops for Sales and Customer Service
As part of a committed team, you will help shape the digital transformation of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing and continuously develop through collaboration with experienced colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Business Analytics or a comparable field of study
Ideally, your academic focus is in Sales, Marketing, Transformation or Digital Business / Artificial Intelligence
You are interested in CRM systems, data analysis and Customer Experience and already bring a solid understanding of these topics
You have an interest in business contexts as well as in the analysis and optimization of customer-facing processes
A structured and independent working style, analytical thinking and enthusiasm for digital developments round off your profile
