About the role

  • Design and co-own the Opportunity-to-Order process with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ across opportunity, quotation and order capture, ensuring a seamless handover into SAP SD.
  • Act as a trusted advisor of Sales Excellence towards our markets and within the enterprise-wide EVOLUTION program (our S4/HANA transformation) to help redefine the process and technology landscape of the future.
  • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and a pragmatic roadmap; run requirements engineering, backlog and release planning with cross functional Business and IT teams.
  • Operationalize end-to-end processes within our process landscape, harmonizing ways of working across a heterogeneous regional setup and driving standardization and adoption.
  • Steer and drive major releases and continuous improvement in our Salesforce platform OneCRM.

Requirements

  • Senior in sales process design or consulting, ideally with working experience as an IT Consultant, time spent in a commercial sales role would be a plus.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, while solid understanding of S4/HANA and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
  • End-to-end thinker who sees how processes, data and systems connect across an enterprise landscape and can turn this into operational reality.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change, but also being proactive, flexible and ready to build, learn and improve with stakeholders across diverse regions.
  • A strong collaborator who functionally influences product and project teams and drives adoption with our Knauf business.
