About the role
- Achievement of KPIs and objectives set with the technical manager in Colombia.
- Lead the positioning and penetration strategy in construction companies and projects.
- Focus on the institutional segment (hospitals, clinics, schools, industry, among others) and support in the housing segment.
- Create a solid value proposition through studies of the system's benefits in bioclimatic, fire, structural performance, among others.
- Lead the development of technical specifications in the main Colombian standards and those of the countries we serve, such as: Icontec, Anrasi, Retie, Earthquake Resistant Standard, Gas, among others, which allows us to maintain an ecosystem that facilitates the implementation and incorporation of the system in projects.
- Development of training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare specifications with the Aquapanel Line and follow up on them.
- Keep the https://reporting.aquapanel.com/ website up to date.
- Work with the Commercial Area to manage the presentation of proposals.
- Coordinate the creation of samples on site.
- Give technical/commercial presentations to designers, consultants, builders, contractors, installers, and the distribution network.
- Coordinate with Marketing Management on investments in materials required for defined targets (professionals and distribution).
- Keep technical and commercial information on the Aquapanel line up to date.Keep Technical and Commercial Management informed about sales progress in projects and additional requirements for achieving sales targets.
- Manage trade fairs and events that favor the system.
- Constantly evaluate the viability of the system vs. alternative solutions.
- Manage alliances with suppliers that favor the system.
- Stay informed and notify Knauf about regulations, laws, and other documents that favor or disadvantage the system in Colombia and other countries where we have commercial operations.
- Correct use of sales management software such as Sales Force, CRM, among others.
- Communicate to the company all observations that you consider will contribute to the improvement of the system's sales management.
Requirements
- Education: Professional in construction-related fields such as architecture and civil engineering. Complementary training in business and/or marketing.
- Experience: 5 years of experience
- Travel: availability to travel
- Language: Native or advance spanish and english
