About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment
- Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting
- Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
- Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting
- Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6
Requirements
