About the role
- Be the customer-facing voice for Knapp Inc.
- Responsible for all communication between our customer and your team and the Resident Business Manager.
- Attend daily production meetings and manage communication to engage customers with site team.
- Responsible for developing and managing budget with Resident Business Manager.
- Treat customers with respect and maintain a professional manner.
- Develop, implement, and supervise maintenance programs for automated systems.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding and leading maintenance programs.
- Identify the appropriate time to escalate issues following escalation procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Resident Site, executing supervisory responsibilities as per organizational policies.
- Oversee tasks by developing team skills to meet service level agreements.
- Ensure all training requirements are met both technically and regulatory.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Passport or ability to obtain passport
- Work on weekends and/or overtime as required
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Occasional travel required
- Physical requirements may include: sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
