About the role

  • Lead implementation projects of the Logistics Control Tower software with clients, from kick-off through go-live.
  • Prepare and monitor schedules, action plans and project milestones, ensuring deadlines and deliverable quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, technical team, product and internal departments.
  • Gather functional and operational requirements from clients’ logistics, transportation and operations teams.
  • Configure and parameterize the system according to the client’s processes (SLA, KPIs, operational flows, business rules).
  • Support the definition of performance indicators and operational visibility for the control tower.
  • Assist in integrations with legacy systems (TMS, ERP, WMS, tracking, telemetry, and others).
  • Validate layouts, data flows and consistency rules for information.
  • Execute integrated testing, user acceptance (UAT) and support resolution of inconsistencies.
  • Conduct training for end users, key users and managers to ensure correct platform usage.
  • Support client change management to drive system adoption and operational best practices.
  • Prepare supporting materials, user manuals and process documentation as needed.
  • Provide post-implementation follow-up (hypercare) to ensure stability and adherence to defined processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and optimization of control tower usage.
  • Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Report project status, risks and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document decisions, configurations and lessons learned throughout the project.
  • Contribute to the development of success stories and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing systems/software in corporate environments (SaaS or enterprise solutions).
  • Experience in implementation project management, tracking schedule, milestones, risks and deliverables (from kick-off to go-live).
  • Experience gathering and documenting functional and operational requirements with clients.
  • Knowledge of system configuration and parameterization in line with business rules and client processes.
  • Understanding of logistics, transportation and operations processes (e.g., SLA, KPIs, operational flows).
  • Experience supporting or executing integrations with legacy systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, APIs, flat files, etc.).
  • Experience validating data, layouts, data flows and information consistency.
  • Experience in integrated testing and client acceptance, including supporting resolution of inconsistencies.
  • Experience delivering training to end users, key users and managers.
  • Experience in post-implementation (hypercare) to ensure stability and adoption of the solution.
  • Strong documentation skills for processes, decisions and configurations.
  • Availability to travel to client sites.
  • Preferred: experience in carrier/transport operations with a focus on cargo monitoring.
