About the role
- Create, prioritize, and keep the product backlog up to date and well-organized;
- Plan and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy;
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective, and refinement);
- Gather and validate requirements with internal and external stakeholders;
- Define clear acceptance criteria and track the progress of deliveries;
- Monitor progress and quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements;
- Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication across all involved teams/areas;
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles within agile teams.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and/or other agile methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize based on impact and business value.
- Experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Familiarity with roadmap and backlog tools such as Productboard, Jira, Trello.
- Prior experience in the logistics sector (desirable).
