About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects within established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other teams (Product, Design, Operations) to define requirements and technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement scalable and robust software architectures.
  • Review and approve code produced by the team, ensuring best programming practices and quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing effective and innovative solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them when appropriate.
  • Actively participate in the software development lifecycle, from conception through deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role.
  • Proficient in .NET 6+ and C#.
  • Strong experience with software architecture (monolithic, modular, and microservices).
  • Proficiency in Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
  • Skilled with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
  • Experience with dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and parallelism techniques.
  • Familiarity with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
