Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven multi-site retail operational experience, consistently delivering results and smooth daily operations.
Skilled at leading and coaching a diverse rōpū (team), focusing on whakawhanaketanga (development) and building a strong team culture.
Ngā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmene ake (reach higher).
Demonstrated commitment to achieving high end results with budget and financial management, including wage control.
Collaborate across many Stakeholder functions to deliver results.
