About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Inventory to enable replenishment and forecasting merchandise to optimise availability and inventory holdings within the CFC in line with critical path timelines.
  • Manage the undertaking of regular and proactive analysis of merchandise performance to minimise cancellation of orders to maximise the adherence to NDD.
  • Ensure the Inventory is available and accurate for the Fulfillment Centre DIFOT performance is adequate to minimise write off, shrinkage and damages.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
  • Lean Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL / R / Python any data analytics tool is a plus.
  • Strong project management experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams in a very fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Inventory Management.
  • Strong attention to detail critical to succeed in this position.
