About the role
- Assist production merchandisers in handling daily merchandising duties.
- Work closely with suppliers and factories on ordering and production schedules.
- Perform sample checking & prepare shipment samples send out for buyers’ approval.
- Update merchandising systems to ensure production statuses are accurate.
- Coordinate with other departments for inspection process including inspection booking, sample testings etc.
- Perform additional duties to meet with the Company’s needs as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in business admin, supply chain, or related.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience; previous experience with large retailers is beneficial.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, manage multi-tasks, set priorities, work with diverse background of people from different levels.
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player.
- Ability in problem solving.
