About the role

Design, build, and take ownership of enterprise-scale Availability and Purchasing software solutions.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, spanning from cloud infrastructure and microservice APIs to integration layers between specialised retail management systems.
Transform batch-based legacy applications into contemporary, real-time, service-based architectures.
Utilise your expertise in cloud infrastructure, with a preference for AWS, to deploy and monitor your code seamlessly.

Significant demonstrable experience in application programming, and expert knowledge of C#, including mastery of tools, frameworks, and software patterns.
Experience in building web-based front ends, with a preference for Blazor or React.
Experience working with SQL databases, with the ability to design and query effectively, though deep specialisation is not required.
A growth mindset and passion for developing your capabilities as a Senior Software Engineer.
Cloud infrastructure expertise, preferably in AWS.
Knowledge of continuous integration, infrastructure as code, and automated testing practices.
An Engineering mindset – seeking elegant, but practical solutions to problems.
