Requirements
- Experience as a kaiwhakahaere (manager) in a big box or high-volume retail environment
- Passion for delivering results to inspire and motivate your rōpū (team)
- Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
- Strong commitment to haumaru (safety)
- Always thinking about the kiritaki (customer)
- Ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
